Knights College Complaints and Appeals Procedure
Knights College handles concerns in a fair and timely manner. The complaints and appeals process is designed to resolve issues at the earliest possible stage, with minimal complexity.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing using the Application for Refund form. Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 days from the date of application.
