Knights College Complaints and Appeals Procedure

Knights College seeks to continuously provide high quality education and training service in which all are encouraged to strive for excellence. It is committed to implementing an effective complaint resolution procedure that, where possible, is managed quickly, at the local level and with a minimum number of people involved.

Where the parties involved are unable to successfully resolve the concern directly, then a formal complaint or appeal is required to be lodged with knights College in writing using the ‘Application for Compliant and Appeal’. Once the form has been completed, the form should be submitted to Knights College for actioning.

Refund Policy

All applications for refunds must be made in writing by way of the ‘Application for Refund’ form and submitted to Knights College’s Student Administration. Approved applications will be processed within 14 days from the date of application.
